Where is Favor Lane Party located ?
Favor Lane Party is an online store and our office is based in The Vines, Perth, Western Australia.
Do you have a storefront ?
Unfortunately we do not have a Bricks & Mortar Store therefore our products cannot be viewed in person. 
How often do you ship orders ?
We ship orders every business day. All orders placed by 11.30am AWST will be shipped that day (excluding weekends, public holidays and advised annual leave).
How long will my order take to arrive ?

Do you have an express shipping option ?
Yes we do offer express shipping at checkout. 
Do you offer shipping insurance ?
Shipping insurance can be taken out at an extra cost to cover lost, stolen or damaged orders/items. This however must be arranged when placing your order by emailing us at info@favorlaneparty.com 
Can I collect my order in person ?
Yes you may collect your order from our office in The Vines, Perth WA by appointment. Simply select PICK UP at checkout.  Please note: Our pick up appointments are strictly between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
What if the item I am wanting to purchase is sold out ?
We update our inventory on a regular basis therefore, if you are waiting on a particular product, please click the "email me when available" button and you will be contacted the minute the product arrives. 
Does Favor Lane offer Wholesale Accounts ?
At this point in time we are a retail only business therefore we do not offer wholesale prices. If you are an Industry Vendor, please check our Industry Discount Page and contact us for further information if required.
Do you assemble and/or install Balloon Garlands ?
Yes, we do however only in 2 and 3 metre lengths. We do not offer delivery or installation of balloon garlands therefore you will need adequate car space to transport your assembled garland. We also sell a large selection of DIY Balloon Garland Kits and/or Individual Balloons and Accessories.
I'm trying to add a higher stock quantity to my cart but it's not allowing it? 
If the quantity amount will not increase, it means we do not have more of that particular item. The website will only allow you to purchase the amount of stock that is on the shelf.
