All information you provide to Favor Lane will remain confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Protecting your privacy is critical to us. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.
The information we collect is used in order to process your order. Any email address given can be used for marketing purposes and letting you know about new products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us by email at email@example.com. If you no longer wish to subscribe to our newsletter subscription you will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
We ship orders via Australia Post by regular mail at the flat rate of $9.95. Occasionally large, heavy or bulky orders may incur an additional cost. Actual delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery timetables can be viewed via
If you are needing your items in a hurry, we suggest you select the Express Shipping option. Registered post can be arranged however, and will incur an additional postage charge. If you are purchasing fragile or delicate items, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost. This must be requested via email when placing your order.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours (excludes weekend) of payment receipt, unless otherwise stated (Important Notice ie: annual leave).
Favor Lane is not a Bricks + Mortar Store therefore all our orders require shipping. Orders can to be picked up by appointment only.
It is your obligation to ensure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If a parcel comes back to us marked return to sender, a re-posting fee will be charged to send it to you again.
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it then becomes their responsibility. We cannot cover the cost of items that are stolen or lost in transit.
Shipping insurance can be taken out at an extra cost to cover lost or stolen items. This however must be arranged when placing your order.
At this point in time we are not shipping orders internationally.
Please take care when placing an order as we do not offer refunds for change of decision or general dislike.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives faulty or damaged in transit to you, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will also be required to email a digital photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer refunds on balloons. Balloons are fragile in nature therefore we ask that you please use great care when inflating. We stock the highest quality latex and foil balloon on the market. The balloons are sold uninflated, therefore we cannot take any responsibility for damage during inflation.
Please note, if you have purchased a fragile item, ie glass, acrylic we advise requesting extra cover at the time of placing an order. We are not responsible for damage in transit therefore extra cover is recommended. Compensation for damage can then be applied for via Australia Post.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. Our product images are of best quality however due to lighting and digital screens this can effect the true colour of the product.
We are unable to accept returns on items after 7 days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Bank Transfer, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and processing of payment. If you pay by electronic funds transfer, please notify us with your transaction receipt number. Goods paid via EFT/direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider that in some cases this may take up to 7 working days.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars.
We do not accept cash payments or payments over the phone.
We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

ORDER AMENDMENTS OR ADDITIONS
Favor Lane is happy to make amendments or add items to your order, provided your order has not been packed and/or dispatched. To make changes or additions to an existing order please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Favor Lane strives to keep adequate quantities of all items to ensure we meet your requirements. At times, however, as with all retail businesses, some items will run low, be discontinued by the manufacturer or be backordered by our supplier. If an item is listed as "back soon", more of this item will be on order unless otherwise stated. If you would like an estimated time of arrival please contact us by email at email@example.com or use the 'notify me when back in stock' tab on the product page.
