Tassel Garland Kit - Pastel

Each pack contains 1 x Tissue Paper Tassel Garland Kit. consisting of 12 x pre-cut tissue paper tassels (3 of each colour) and approx. 2 m of white twine.

Colour: Pastel Pink, Blue, Mint and Lilac. 

Size: height approx. 30 cm, length approx. 1.5 m (after assembling) Can be hung horizontally as a backdrop or vertically as a balloon tail. 

Easy assembling required.
