Mini Pastel Confetti Balloons Cake Topper Kit

Each Packs includes 5 x Pastel Confetti Filled Clear 12cm Mini Latex Balloons and 5 White Sticks.

Place the balloons on your cake or use them individually with the sticks provided as little take home favours or as a centrepiece decoration. Tie some pastel colour ribbon around the base of the balloon to add that extra little touch. 

We recommend inflating with a balloon pump.

NB: Confetti balloons work best when you rub the balloon with your hand to create static and then roll the confetti around inside the balloon for the static to take effect.
